- Only Candidates Qualified in IBPS Specialist Officers CWE Mar 2012 are eligible to apply. Additional qualifications for each category are as mentioned below.

MCA/ M. Sc (Computer Science/ IT)/ PG in Electronics & Telecommunication/ EC/ Electronics & Instrumentation
OR
Graduate having passed DOEACC `B’ level.
- Agricultural Officer -
- Degree in Agriculture or allied specializations.
- Computer Knowledge to be Preferred.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari (Official Language Officer )-
- A PG Degree in Hindi with English as a subject OR PG in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects.
- Computer Knowledge to be Preferred.
- Civil Engineer -
- Civil Engineering Degree from a Recognized Univ.
- Law Officer -
- A Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized Univ.

- Graduate with pass in the final examination of the ICAI.

Selection Procedure
- Punjab and Sind
Bank will shortlist certain number of candidates for all posts. For
Specialist Officers, Shortlisting to be done on the basis of IBPS CWE
Marks and for Chartered Accountants, Marks in Qualifying exam of ICAI
Will decide Shortlisting for Interviews.
- The total marks
for Interview will be 100. Candidates have to obtain minimum 40% marks
(35% for SC/ST/ OBC) to qualify in the Interview. Final Selection will
be made on the basis of overall performance.
- Selected candidates will sign a bond of Three years of sum of Rs. One Lakh.

Application Procedure
- The fee is Rs. 50 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs.200 for Others.
- Payment to be made in cash at any Punjab and Sind Bank branch by Provided Payment Challans. Payment can also be made through NEFT.
- Collect your receipt after payment and Make sure your copy of challan has Transaction id/Scroll number, Branch Code etc. mentioned on it clearly.
- After it, Apply online with details filled properly and Note down the Registration Number and Password.
- Keep payment challan safe for future use and take two application form print-outs.
