SSC NR Admit Card for Constable (GD) & Rifleman (GD) for PET / PST 2012Staff Selection Commission (SSC NR) has uploaded the Admit Card for PET / PST for recruitment of Constable (GD) in CAPF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles on its official website www.sscnr.org. Candidates who have applied for the post of Constable (GD) in CAPF & Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles 2012 may download their call letter for PET / PST through website of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) NR www.sscnr.org or through the link we are going to put below.

Physical Standard Test (PST): Only those candidates will be qualified in this test who have following physical standard
• Height: 170 cms for Male, 157 for Female
• Chest: 80+5 for Male Candidates
• Weight: According to Height as per medical standard
Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Under Physical Efficiency Test, candidates will have to participate in Race, Long Jump and High Jump. Race will be of 1 Mile for Male and 800 Metter for Female Candidates.
• Male Candidates: long jump (11 feet), high jump (3 ½ Feet)
• Female Candidates: long jump (9 feet), high jump (3 feet)
