Recruitment notification for the posts of Sub Inspector, Head Constable (HC) and Constable has been released by Border Security Force ( BSF ). So, it has invited applications in prescribed format from the Indian Nationals for filling up the current vacancies of above said posts. Pay Scale – Applicants who will be selected on SI ( Master ) post will be paid Rs. 9300 – 34800/- plus Rs. 4200/- grade pay
2. Position Name – SI ( Engine Driver )
No.of posts – 13 ( Gen – 09, OBC – 03 and SC – 01 )
Scale of Pay – Rs. 9300 – 34800 /- plus Rs. 4200/- grade pay per month will be given for the job of SI ( Engine Driver )
3. Post Name – HC ( Master )
No.of Vacancies – 130 ( Gen – 64, OBC – 36, SC – 20 and St – 10 ) for HC ( Master ) job
Salary – Rs. 5200/- to 20200 plus Rs. 2400/- grade pay will be given for the job of HC ( Master )
4. Designation Name – HC ( Engine Driver )
Vacancies – 109 ( Gen – 48, OBC – 39, SC – 12 and ST – 10 )
Payment – Candidates who will be selected for the job of HC ( Engine Driver ) will be paid Rs. 5200 to 20200/- with grade pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
5. Position Name – HC ( Workshop )
Discipline – No.of Vacancies :
i.Mechanic ( Diesel and Petrol ) – 14 ( Gen – 12 and SC – 02 )
ii. Carpenter – 09 ( Gen – 07, OBC – 07 and ST – 01 )
iii. Machinist  – 03 ( Gen – 01, OBC – 01 and SC – 01 )
iv. Electrician – 01
Pay Scale – Applicants who selected for Mechanic for any discipline will be Rs. 5200 to 20200/- with grade pay Rs. 2400/- per month
6. Position Name – CT ( Crew )
No.of Vacancies – 117 ( General – 20, OBC – 58, SC – 28 and ST – 11 )
Scale of pay – Rs. 5200 to 20200/- and grade pay Rs. 2000/- per month will be paid to selected candidates as CT ( Crew )
